I purchased this car in 2013. The Vin indicates a late ’72 so it has many of the updates of a ’73 model with a 2.7L.

Originally it was a US car with auto trans and fixed headlights.

The car has:

• 5 speed transmission (David Hume conversion).
• Turning headlights (David Hume conversion).
• “Lifetime” chains. (David Hume)
• Replaced valves. (David Hume)

Since I have owned the car I have: Reupholstered in leather. Redone headliner Repainted the car. Redone trunk and spare wheel cover. Converted to single coil and new distributor. Recovered dash (Jerry Hathaway). Redone carpet (and padding). Painstakingly removed rubber from old carpets and sewed it to the new carpets. Dynamat (Eastwood) floors. Redone entire AC system. It blows cold. Redone rear wheel bearings. Replaced rear spheres. Replaced accumulator sphere. Replaced hydraulic pump and pulleys. Replaced alternator with modern alternator. Replaced battery with Optima battery. Regular oil and filter changes with high zinc oil.

Recent work includes:

• Adjusting upper and inspecting lower chains. Tolerance is as new on the lower chains with the tensioner in excellent shape.
• Carbs were balanced.
• Suspension boot replaced.
• Rear bump stops replaced.
• Oil and Filter changed.
